<p><strong>Mission</strong></p> <p>To reinvent how people watch series, creating a "Netflix meets TikTok" experience<br />We use AI to turn existing shows into short, addictive, mobile-first micro-episodes<br />Now, we're looking for a video editor with a sharp eye for storytelling, a deep understanding of pacing and structure,</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>We're on the hunt for a creative, fast-moving video editor who can turn long-form shows into scroll-stopping short-for You'll work closely with our scripting, product, and AI teams to shape micro-episodes that feel native to platforms like</p> <p>You know how to build a rhythm, emphasize a moment, and make every second count<br />You've got great instincts for editing, a killer portfolio of work, and the ability to work independently on tight timelines</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p> <p>- Transforming long-form content into short-form, addictive episodes (30s2 mins)<br />- Working with scripts and storyboards to pace and structure episodes for mobile-first viewing - Collaborating with our AI team to refine automated cuts into polished sequences<br />- Enhancing edits with motion graphics, transitions, and audio work as needed<br />- Ensuring all output meets quality, platform, and creative standards<br />- Helping define the visual language of a new generation of storytelling</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></p> <p>- 3+ years experience in video editing, ideally with digital or entertainment platforms - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro X<br />- Deep understanding of pacing, narrative arcs, and rhythm in short-form editing<br />- Strong ability to interpret scripts and storylines visually</p> <p>- A standout portfolio or reel that showcases mobile-first, narrative editing<br />- Bonus: motion graphics or audio editing skills, TikTok/Reels native experience - Self-starter attitude with excellent time management skills</p> <p><strong>Why Hiresix?</strong></p> <p>We're building the next wave of storytelling-mobile, fast, personal<br />Our founders are seasoned entrepreneurs backed by leading investors and global media partners We move fast, work hard, and keep things fun.</p> <p>If you're passionate about film, editing, and shaping the future of entertainment, this is your chance to get in early an</p>
