<p><strong>1. About Instalimb</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr">Instalimb Inc. is a startup founded in Japan that pioneers the use of 3D printing and AI technology in the field of prosthetics and orthotics. Since its establishment in 2019, our mission has been to deliver prosthetic limbs faster, more affordably, and more comfortably to all who need them.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Our goal is to set a new global standard through digital fabrication of prosthetic and orthotic devices, ultimately improving the quality of life for as many people as possible. Rather than acting solely as a manufacturer, we aim to build a sustainable support system through technology transfer, education, and close collaboration with local partners.</p>
<p dir="ltr">In Ukraine, we are implementing a digital prosthetic limb fabrication technology transfer project in partnership with international organizations and local institutions to support the many individuals who require prosthetic and orthotic devices due to diabetes, injury, disabilities, or the tragic consequences of war. This position plays a central role in this project, as well as in future business expansion.</p>
<p><strong>2. Position Overview</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr">This role involves serving as a Prosthetist and Orthotist based in Ukraine, contributing to the core operations of a digital fabrication project driven by Instalimb.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The primary mission is not only to support patients but to lead technology transfer to local partner facilities through training, technical support, quality control, and implementation assistance. The position will require collaboration and coordination with international organizations, hospitals, government agencies, and NGOs.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Especially in the initial phase, responsibilities will include adapting and localizing Instalimb's existing technology and products to fit the specific needs of the Ukrainian context, including elements of R&D.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The role may involve overseas travel, including training and coordinating visits to India and other countries. While working in Ukraine, the successful candidate will be formally affiliated with Instalimb Inc, Japan.</p>
<p><strong>3. Key Responsibilities </strong><strong>A. Training & Technical Support for License Partners</strong></p>
<ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Deliver training on prosthetic and orthotic digital fabrication processes to staff at local partner facilities (eg, hospitals, rehabilitation centers)</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Provide instruction using established training manuals and follow up on knowledge retention</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Offer ongoing technical support and address inquiries from partner staff regarding digital fabrication technology</p></li></ul>
<p><strong>B. Project Execution and Stakeholder Coordination</strong></p>

<p><strong>4. Technical and Clinical Duties</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr">As part of technical support and training activities, you may be required to directly demonstrate or execute the following tasks with patients. In the future, Instalimb may establish its own manufacturing capabilities in Ukraine, potentially enabling direct delivery of prosthetic and orthotic devices to patients.</p>
<p><strong>Clinical Tasks</strong></p>

<p><strong>Fabrication Tasks</strong></p>
