<p>We're looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Video &amp; Graphic Editor who lives and breathes direct response. You'll be joining a fast-growing DTC brand focused on producing thumb-stopping ad creatives. Both video and static images, which convert on Meta and other paid platforms. <br />This isn't your typical editing role. You'll be part storyteller, part performance marketer. Someone who can take raw content, customer reviews, and product clips, then transform them into scroll-stopping videos and high-converting image ads that drive results.</p> <p> <br />What we offer: <br />- Starting salary of $1500USD with opportunity for growth <br />- Full-time position, 40 hours per week <br />- Flexible working hours, work from home, fully remote <br />- 20 days paid time off and 10 days of sick leave</p> <p> <br />What You'll Do: <br />- Edit short-form videos for paid ads and organic content with a clear focus on performance and engagement. <br />- Design and adapt static image ads when needed. <br />- Repurpose video content for multiple formats: 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9. <br />- Add text overlays, transitions, cuts, and hooks that align with winning ad formulas. <br />- Collaborate with media buyers and creative strategists to test and iterate on high-converting variations. <br />- Use AI tools such as Veed, Captions app and ElevenLabs.</p> <p> <br />Must-Have Skills: <br />- Adobe Premiere Pro – high-level editing speed and attention to detail. <br />- Photoshop – especially generative fill, AI tools, and creative ad layouts. <br />- Proven experience designing image and video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and understanding what converts. <br />- Ability to design image ads (not just edit video). <br />- Strong grasp of direct response principles and visual storytelling. <br />- Knowledge of social-first creative structure (hooks, pacing, CTA placement, etc.).</p> <p> <br />Bonus: <br />- Knowledge of After Effects for simple motion graphics or enhanced transitions. <br />- Comfort using Illustrator, Canva, or Figma when needed. <br />- Strong understanding of UGC-style content, testimonial videos, or founder-led ads. <br />- Regularly use AI tools in your workflow to improve speed or output quality.</p> <p> <br />Ideal Candidate: <br />- You know how to build multiple versions of the same ad to test different hooks or CTAs. <br />- You care about both creative quality and performance results. <br />- You're organized, fast, and love feedback loops that make your work even better</p> <p> <br />To apply please send us: <br />- Your portfolio with 3–5 of your best work.
